ABOUT ME.
My purpose is to bridge people skills, strategic business growth, and conscious living- applying mindful, results-driven methods that unlock the full potential of individuals, teams, and organisations.
As the youngest sibling in a large, multicultural family, I discovered early on a natural flair for negotiation, a love for economic thinking, and a passion for sustainable value creation. After completing the Waldorf School, I knew I was destined to be in business and to create something meaningful.
I hold two Master’s degrees: a Master of General Management in Germany and an MBA from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship in Brazil. Alongside my studies, I worked continuously and have since gained over 20 years of professional experience across retail, fashion, service, and IT—12 of those in leadership and management roles.
Since 2017, I’ve been living in South Africa, where I support clients internationally. My focus lies in leadership, strategy, and sales - especially for holistic businesses and small to mid-sized companies. My strength lies in my high energy, positive outlook, and the ability to align business performance with personal fulfilment.
Where does this energy come from? From living mindfully. Nutrition, meditation, and spirituality are an integral part of who I am—and they complement, rather than contradict, a profit-driven mindset. My work empowers individuals to connect with their inner source of success: their intuition, creativity, and courage. This is the foundation for responsible leadership, innovation, and real motivation.
Burnout and depression often begin where enthusiasm ends. Every leader wants to make a difference, yet that drive fades when systems become overloaded. The traditional divide between meaning and pragmatism is no longer sustainable. People crave both—and business needs both.
My vision is to embed mindful methods into the heart of business practice—as essential tools for individual wellbeing and strategic drivers of sustainable economic growth.
